Soul Care Drum Circle

Taking care of your soul is an essential part of well-being. Being part of something bigger than yourself, creating beauty, caring for others, and experiencing curiosity, awe, and wonder are all ways that you can tend to your soul.

Join us on October 28th on the Peace Quad (or x if it rain or snow) to join in a drum circle with Professor Samuel Elikem Nyamuame from the Music Department. Drumming together creates a sense of well-being, brings you into the present, and fosters a sense of togetherness. No experience is necessary. Pre-registration is encouraged at this link so we can plan accordingly.
