Taste the mystical combination of French and West African flavors at The Chenango Room's Mardi Gras Buffet! From 11:15 AM to 3:30 PM, BUDS will be serving a spread of Louisiana Creole classics like southern-fried catfish and sautéed collard greens, along with tons of traditional accompaniments for the festivities. The Chenango Room will also feature an a la carte menu for this event, where diners can find delicacies like Oyster Rockefeller, Shrimp Po' Boy, and Voodoo Chicken. Make sure not to miss out!
