Both C4 and Appalachian Dining Halls will be serving barbecued dishes so rich and tasty, it'll have you singing the blues! Savory southern classics like baked beans and brisket will be served alongside more modern plates like the grilled chicken pizza, as well as plenty of meat-free options like roasted corn cobettes and artisan tofu skewers. Get it while it's hot from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM!
