The Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science at Binghamton University will celebrate National Engineers Week from Feb. 16-22. This year's theme is "Pioneers of Progress."

All current Watson School students, alumni and community partners are invited to a reception in the rotunda of the Engineering and Science Building at the Innovative Technologies Complex.

Alumna Lavanya Gopalakrishnan, MS '98, will provide remarks on her professional experience as a senior director in Cisco's Customer Experience organization, and how her Watson School education helped to propel her career from startups to large multinational technology companies and beyond.

It is free to attend and hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be provided. Bring business cards to network with Watson supporters and to be entered into a raffle for door prizes.

RSVP at bit.ly/2QiCu2M by Saturday, Feb. 15.
