Science Pub BING is a monthly forum to engage in science, socializing and learning new things. Jessica Hua, an assistant professor of biological sciences at Binghamton University, will speak at the next Science Pub at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, at the Lost Dog Lounge in downtown Binghamton. Hua will share her research on how human pressures are affecting amphibians. What does booming population growth mean for the frogs, newts, and salamanders living among us — and what can we do to help them thrive? WSKG is helping to revitalize this free speaker series. Food and drink will be available for sale before the program begins. Details at https://www.facebook.com/events/517906482265574/
