Happy International Day of Happiness! Join B-Healthy's Mental Health Outreach Team in Tillman Lobby on March 20th from 11am-2pm to celebrate! Write a happiness note to yourself or a friend, pick up a friendship bracelet to keep or gift to someone else, take home some happiness-based journal prompts, and learn about the 'science of happiness' aka the PERMA model!
