Take a deep breath and give yourself the break you deserve! Join us for a rejuvenating yoga and relaxation workshop designed especially for students navigating the stress of finals week, with UCC counselors Kate Shinko and Jema Abbate.

This gentle 90-minute workshop offers a soothing blend of restorative yoga, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation crafted to help release tension, refocus the mind, and nurture a sense of calm from within. This workshop is an excellent way to try out practices from our regular Mind & Body group at the UCC and learn more about campus resources!

No prior yoga experience is needed! Simply come as you are, dress in soft and comfortable clothes, and allow B-Healthy and the Counseling Center to support you through the demands of the week. Yoga Mats will be provided as a free giveaway!!
