Details

Paint your own affirmation canvas to promote positivity and self-care! Art can be used as a form of mindfulness, a way to regulate emotions, express yourself, and lower stress levels.

Join B-Healthy for an outdoor painting picnic from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the Peace Quad. There will be paint, brushes, canvases, and apple cider!
