Join B-Healthy on our Journey to Journaling! At these meetings we will explore journaling techniques and how they can help us relieve stress, self-reflect, and become more mindful. A variety of guided journaling options will be offered that are inspired by different dimensions of wellness, including emotional, physical, social, and spiritual well-being.
