Join us for Try Something New Thursday—a full day of free group exercise
classes designed to encourage the Binghamton University community to get
moving in fun and engaging ways. In collaboration with B-Healthy and Campus Recreation, this event offers students, faculty, and staff the chance to explore a variety of fitness classes
at no cost. Whether you're looking to mix up your routine or try something completely new, there is something for everyone.
Spots are limited. Registration opens 48 hours before each class, so be sure
to sign up early. Please wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes, and bring your valid BU ID!
