The goal of this Bi-weekly journaling workshop is to help create a safe place for students to develop a deeper understanding of who they are through CBT skill building, self-reflection and self-awareness of their strengths and weaknesses and how to handle relationships, conflict, and personal growth.

At the end of this Semester, Students will become more confident with the habit of journaling and articulating how they feel and having greater clarity of their life and who they are as a student to be successful in all areas of their life.
