Are you ready to cultivate a deeper sense of wellness and appreciation in your life? B-Healthy invites you to participate in our Gratitude Challenge! For all students, faculty and staff.
For two weeks, we encourage you to carve out a few moments each day for self-reflection and gratitude. We've curated thoughtful journal prompts, resources, and activities to help you explore and develop new gratitude habits. Use these daily prompts as a starting point, or feel free to journal about any topic that inspires gratitude within you.

Who can participate?
Everyone! Students, faculty and staff. This is an individual challenge that you can do anywhere and anytime! Team up in a group of friends or colleagues to challenge each other to complete all 10 days.
What’s in it for you?
At the end of the challenge, all participants who submit their self-reflection forms will receive a beautiful B-Healthy journal to continue their journey of wellness and gratitude!
