Details
At this event, we will have various wellness stations around that are all about guiding us through our academics and personal lives. There are a variety of stations like Scheduling Building & To-do list crafting (STS), Self-care & Sleep (B-Healthy) & Nutrition (Campus Dining Services). All of which, plus more, are very important to educate ourselves on and balance in our day-to-day lives.
With guidance, this can be a lot easier to incorporate daily. We will have representatives from the Student, Transition & Success Center, Campus Dining Services and B-Healthy to have discussions with while exploring the content of each station. Food and refreshments will be provided to enjoy with attendees!
