The final push after Spring Break to the summer! Join the Student Transition & Success Center and B-Healthy - Healthy Campus Initiative on this collaborative program around the full picture of wellness with an academic focus. All year, academic anxiety within students is very prevalent and can be difficult to navigate on our own. At this event, we will have various wellness stations around that are all about guiding us through our academics. The stations will include items revolving around scheduling building, to-do list crafting, self-care, general nutrition and sleep! All of which, plus more, are very important to balance in our day-to-day lives and with guidance, can be a lot easier incorporate daily. We will have representatives from the Student, Transition & Success Center, as well as B-Healthy's Healthy Campus Peer Agents to have discussions with while exploring the content of each station. Food and refreshments will be provided to enjoy with attendees!
