Close out the Digital Wellness Challenge with a drop-in, low-pressure experience designed to help you pause, recharge, and reconnect.
Identify your play style, or experiment with something different. Engage in cultural games, table games, trivia, and collaborative activities, or simply sit back and enjoy the space.
Stations will invite you to:
Use your play style, or explore another
Reset, restore, and reconnect
Reflect on ways to continue intentional technology use
Participate at your own pace, active, social, reflective, or relaxed.

Come as you are. Stay as long as you like.
SCREEN TIME INSTRUCTIONS
For this challenge, proof that your screen time has decreased is all you need. See instruction on how to locate this information on your phone.
For iPhone/iPad/Mac and Apple devices:
Step 1: Open the Settings App on your device.
Step 2: Scroll down until you see a section marked as “Screen Time.” Press on this button.
Step 3: Inside this section you will find your screen time! You can see your average, which apps you spend the most time on, and more!
For Android/Samsung devices:
Step 1: Open the Settings App on your device.
Step 2: Find “Digital Wellbeing” and you should see all of the screen time information for your device. You can see your average, which apps you spend the most time on, and more!
