Mission

To cultivate a culture and environment of health and well-being that is supportive of individuals and groups in pursuit of their optimal potential.

Defining Wellness

Wellness is defined as an active process of becoming aware of and making choices that influence quality-of-life outcomes. Seems simple, right? Well, there's a lot more to it than that! Wellness is a dynamic, fluid, multi-faceted spectrum that guides us through our day-to-day lives.

At Binghamton University, we value the wellness of every individual within our community and we're taking a holistic approach to make sure everyone is on track to B-Healthy.
