Details
There will be three components to the dish we will be selling: spring rolls, salad, and sauce. Spring rolls will be prepared in the Mein Bowl kitchen beforehand (already received approval from Mein Bowl staff). Cabbage, carrots, and green onions will be packaged onto a spring roll wrap and fried in a fryer in the Mein Bowl kitchen in bulk. Arugula and romaine salad will be bought from Walmart beforehand. The sauce will also be made in the Mein Bowl kitchen before the event under supervision of Mein Bowl staff. At our table, spring rolls will be cut into bite sized pieces over the salad, and then drizzled with sauce. Food will be prepared with gloves and hair nets. The dishes will be prepared on paper plates and plastic utensils will be provided. Each dish will be sold for $5. All food served is 100% vegan.

Ingredients: Spring roll wrap: enriched wheat flour, water, salt, soybean oil, 0.5% leavening, mono- and diglycerides, polysorbate 60, soy lecithin, acetic acid, sodium benzoate.

Salad: romaine, arugula
Sauce: Sriracha chili sauce, duck soy sauce, sugar, soy sauce
