Get involved by applying to be a Publicity Chair for ASU! We are looking for 1 Publicity Chair ƒñ¡ (could be you)!
The Publicity ChairƒÄ¿ is responsible for managing all of ASU's promotional campaigns through our social media platforms. This includes designing graphics for digital or printed use, publicizing activities/announcements on our socials, and keeping us connected with our general body members. Check out our Insta and FB to see examples of the jaw-dropping graphics our past PUBS have created.ƒô×RING RINGƒô×…artsy folk, this role is calling for you!!
We welcome students of all years, no experience necessaryƒÑ░! If you are interested in applying for the Publicity Chair position, please send a Letter of Intent (PDF format) and a portfolio (can be PDF, Google Drive link, website, etc) to asu@binghamtonsa.org by FRIDAY, AUGUST 26th @ 11:59PM. Include the subject heading: "[YOUR NAME HERE] Executive Board Letter of Intent" (CHECK PINNED COMMENT for more info on LOI and portfolio)
Interviews will begin SUNDAY, AUGUST 28th and will be in-person (unless otherwise stated).
After receiving your letter of intent, you will be emailed with further updates regarding your time slot for electionsÔÇ╝´©Å

The Letter of Intent (LOI) should include:
- Your name
- Academic Year (for 2022-23)
- Four to seven sentences about what makes you an ideal candidate for the Publicity Chair position and why you want the position
- Time conflicts, if any, for the interview date (8/26). Interviews will be in-person unless otherwise stated.
The Portfolio should include:
-At least 3 pieces of any medium (digital, traditional, etc)
-OPTIONAL: a sample IG graphic for an event/activity
