You might have heard of this profession before once or twice, but what does it really mean, and what do actuaries do? Is it math? Business? Finance? Economics?

Come get those questions answered at the Actuarial Association’s “What is an Actuary?” workshop! You’ll be given an indepth run down of what an actuary is, what they do, and what the career path progression looks like!

Whether you’re exploring career options, a new student pursuing actuarial science, or simply curious about what the profession is all about, this event is a great opportunity to learn about the field and the many different paths an actuarial career can take!
