Details

Join Active Minds & Tina for this all-levels restorative practice. Tina will introduce you to the benefits of restorative yoga and then lead you gently through each pose where you can become aware of your breath and body, releasing deep tensions and stress within.  

Tina Fetten is an instructor in the Health and Wellness Department who specializes in therapeutic yoga and paddleboarding. She works with all abilities and bodies on and off the mat.

Please try to bring a mat (mats are limited) and an extra blanket to wrap yourself in throughout the practice. All other props & food will be provided.
