ATTENTION: If you haven't taken Active Ally Foundations Level 1, please do so before taking this workshop.
In this workshop, participants can gain knowledge about some of the structures and sentiments that contribute to LGBTQIA+ invisibility, and the consequences of such. Some of the content will build upon the concepts from the foundations training. Topics such as microaggressions, LGBT erasure in history, and more will be covered! Participants will develop skills that can help contribute to their active ally capabilities.
