Join us for an informational session on Binghamton University's Digital Accessibility requirements, tailored to the needs of graduate student assistants, teaching assistants, and instructors of record. Under new federal rules, course materials on Brightspace (PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint slides) and department web pages must meet accessibility standards.

You do not have to handle complex accessibility fixes alone. You will leave this session equipped with an understanding of accessibility best practices to ensure your course materials are ready for the upcoming requirements, as well as practical campus resources & tools to support you..

This session will be offered twice via Zoom. For those who can’t attend live, register anyway, and the recording will be shared with you afterwards.

Wednesday, September 16 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM
Thursday, September 17 from 2 PM to 3:15 PM
