Come to Turca's FREE Cig Kofte Workshop this Saturday, October 26th, from 1 to 3pm in UUW325. The winner will receive a prize. Cig kofte is a Turkish dish of raw meatballs or bulgur balls that originated in the Southeast and is a popular appetizer or meal. The main dish that is served is also a vegan option.
