3.5-hour crash course with Mental Health Outreach Peer Educators resulting in a resume worthy training con´¼ürming your knowledge on various mental health topics. Complete the whole series in ONE DAY! All students are welcome to come out and get trained. Topics include: Stigma and Empowerment, Suicide Prevention and Stress Management and Self Care.
