Pohela Boishakh, also known as Bengali New Year, is celebrated by Bengalis worldwide on April 14th in Bangladesh. At Binghamton University, we will celebrate Pohela Boishak on April 5th. The event will be Carnival-style, offering various booths, food, performances, and games with prizes. It will also serve as an opportunity to dress traditionally or in formal attire.
