The Cogwell "Listen Up" workshop was created to enhance communication skills among college students. This interactive workshop focuses on providing practical tools and strategies to navigate conversations, express emotions effectively, and create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere. By participating in Listen Up, students can develop the skills necessary to manage stressors, build meaningful connections amongst one another
