Mission The A-Team includes members from each Student Affairs department who is interested in expanding their assessment skills and knowledge, assist in building a culture of assessment in the division and enhancing our practice around data informed decision making. No previous experience in assessment is needed to be a member, just a willingness to join in a community of people interested in learning.
Membership BenefitsMembers of the newly forming Student Affairs Assessment team will:• Participate in training that empowers departments and individuals to enhance current assessment practices.• Learn new assessment strategies and techniques that can applied on current or future projects.• Share assessment resources across a larger group of colleagues.• Assist with creating and implementing a division-wide assessment planning process and timeline.• Serve as a liaison to their department regarding assessment best practices and learning opportunities.• Build collaborations across the division where assessment efforts can be combined.
