Mission
The A-Team includes members from each Student Affairs department who is interested in expanding their assessment skills and knowledge, assist in building a culture of assessment in the division and enhancing our practice around data informed decision making. No previous experience in assessment is needed to be a member, just a willingness to join in a community of people interested in learning.

Membership Benefits
Members of the newly forming Student Affairs Assessment team will:
• Participate in training that empowers departments and individuals to enhance current assessment practices.
• Learn new assessment strategies and techniques that can applied on current or future projects.
• Share assessment resources across a larger group of colleagues.
• Assist with creating and implementing a division-wide assessment planning process and timeline.
• Serve as a liaison to their department regarding assessment best practices and learning opportunities.
• Build collaborations across the division where assessment efforts can be combined.
